d) The left side of his hairline becomes the Balrog's sword. I suppose the area beneath the left eye becomes the mouth of this creature







e) The right eye becomes the shoulder, while the right eyebrow becomes part of the main of fiery hair






e) the bottom of the left sideburn becomes the foot while the lower tip of his nose becomes the belly





f) JG Ballard's shoulder and The Bridge of Khazad-Dum. Perhaps the lines running across JG's pullover became the walls of the hall.
