Chris Knowles would be the Assistant Director.
Larry Benson would be Executive producer with Suzanne Benson as Line producer
The model unit would be there for 8.30am on stages K and G
In K, they would be ding FX 14 SC 19-11pt filming the exterior of the control block, viewing the activity through window
A truck would be driving past
In G, They would do the exterior of the AP station, FX 56, SC 139pt. The Glowing AP would be in the background.

Also in G they would be doing the AP uplink tower. FX 58, SC 159pt. As before but with more electrical activity
A model of a robot tractor would be used.
A special process 35mm camera would be supplied by Charles Staffell and a Mitchel Standard via LA Effects. There would also be a single frame process projector and beam splitter
Fox machines would be supplied by John Richardson
Traditional wind machines via Effects Associates
HP Process equipment is provided by Charles Staffel
Studio Personnel would include Gaffer plus three electricians, three standby construction people that would be the carpenter, stragehand and painter.
There would be a practical electrician and a standby dressing prop.
Catering on 'K' stage for 25 people
There would be the reviewing the rushes between 7am and 8.15am

Friday 8th November 1985
Today would show the dissection of the Facehugger
Derek Cracknell was the assistant director.
Rushes were being watched at 8am in theatre 7, with coffee provided.
Sigourney and Jenette were picked up at 7am, Sigourney was driven in car number 1 by Danny and Jenette driven by car number 4 by a driver listed as Pinewood. Lance Henriksen was picked up at 7.15 by Ray in Carl no.6. William Hope was picked up at 7.30 by car number 4 by another driver listed as Pinewood. Paxton was picked by by Terry in Car number 3 at 7.45 and Paul Reiser was picked up by 7.45 in Car number 2 , Louise Head who doubled for Carrie Henn would be picked up by car number 1 at 8.30. Meanwhile Carrie Henn was picked up at 8.40 by car number 3. Michael Biehn would be picked up by Terry in car 3 at a time that was to be announced.

Weaver was in makeup by 7.30, Paul Reiser, Lance Henriksen and Daniel Kash at 8.00, Bill Paxton , Paul Reiser and William Hope at 8.30, while Carrie Henn would be in makeup by 9.00.
Janet Aspinall would act as a stand in for Sigourney arriving form 8.30 with three utility stand-ins.
The props included hand gear with electronics gear, Bishop's dissection equipment, a medical trolley for Gorman, Dummy weapons, flamethrowers and other accessories. Creature effects department supplied the facehuggers for the dissection by Bishop.

The special effects department would provide smoke
Executives would watch the rushes as 4pm in the theatre 7

Stage 'E' and 'F', Sets; (A) INT. SURGERY - OPERATING ROOM, (B) INT. MEDICAL LAB ON COMPLETION OF ABOVE MOVE TO 'F' STAGE FOR (C) INT. AIR DUCT, SCENE NOS (A)145 to complete, 157, and 158 part to complete.

8AM in the morning, rushes would be watched without sound, and coffee was provided.
Sigourney Weaver has dressing room, 322, Carrie Henn has dressing room 323, Jenette Goldstein has dressing room 324, Paul Reiser has 325, Bill Paxton has 326, Michael Biehn has 327 and William Hope has 328.
Arriving on set at 8.30, Janet Aspinall would act as a stand in for Sigourney, while Louise Head would arrive for makeup be a stand in for Carrie Henn. And there would also be three utility stand-ins.
The props included Newt's doll,Pulse guns and hand gun's too including Ripley's pulse gun, a locator bracelet, head sets, dummy weapons, flame throws and various other accessories as established. The creature effects team would supply the Face Hugger rigs.

At 2:30 in the afternoon, an Executive viewing would take place in Theatre 7

8am in the morning was a viewing of the rushes without sound in Theatre 7, accompanied by coffee.

Sigourney Weaver had dressing room, 322, Carrie Henn had dressing room 323, William Hope had 328, Paul Reiser has 335, Lance Henriksen had 336.
Janet Aspinall, Jack Ross, Ann Presten and Paul Kilduff arrived as stand-ins by 8.30, while Louise Head as double and standing "Newt" was picked up that morning at 8.30 to be on set by 9.00
That day in 'L' stage, they were filming scenes, 56, 58, 61, 63, 80, 82, 84, 86, 89, 91, 93, 95 and 97. The set would be the interior of the APC.
