1.  Propstore: This is an Alien Warrior insert attack head created for the production of the 2004 sci-fi film Alien vs. Predator. The head was created for use in the film of close-up “attack” shots where an Alien Warrior extends its deadly silver tongue to kill its’ prey. The head is made of fiberglass, plastic, and foam and is the instantly recognizable elongated head design from the iconic film series.

2. Propstore: The outside shell of the black head is crafted from fiberglass with an opening at the rear of the static, open mouth as well as the front bottom of the rear section; there is also mounting hardware still present attached underneath the head along with writing from the production: “Head D”. Also, the back of the plastic dome covering was intentionally left off; this was all done to allow filmmakers to create the effect of the tongue shooting out of the mouth, as the piece would only have been shot from the front. 3. Propstore: The dome of the head is made of a smoky, clear plastic which allows the top of the head’s unique skeletal structure to be seen underneath. Additionally, the head still features two thin, plastic tubes running into the sides of the mouth and around the front which were used to pump liquid for the Alien’s drooling effect and painted black to blend in with the face. 4. Propstore: The head measures approximately 11” x 6” x 34” (28cm x 15cm x 86cm) and has some wear due to heavy production use and storage: the plastic dome has become cracked in two places, as well as some foam cracking around the mouth. Though used in the production, this particular head can not be screen matched. Overall this Warrior head remains in fair condition.
