Giger's Biomechanical Landscape (work 312)
references Ernst Fuchs' Triumph of the Unicorn?

Ernst Fuchs' Triumph of the Unicorn. (etching) (1952)

a) Christian De Boeck posted this image Fantastic Art: Drawings, Etchings, Engravings and Lithographs on the 16th September 2016.    Immediately I noticed the similarity to Giger's Biomechanical Landscape (work 312)  as I looked at it on my mobile phone
, but it took me three days to take a look at it again at home. Here I think that Giger referenced the upper part of this work in his painting Biomechanical Landscape (work 312) with its insectoid machines with long limbs similarly spread out and row of heads down the centre.
