b) My idea would be that Giger probably saw how the space ship was obviously the futuristic version of the pubis for "L'Origine du monde"
c) So the crisscrossing Nazca lines from Foss' piece would become the Eiffel Tower like lattice of garters and suspenders etc, but it's not as if there's a direct reference to any particular Nazca line from Foss' piece in Giger's
