HR Giger: Necronom III references the Micronauts Biotron robot toy?

Micronauts Biotron (1976)

a) The head of this thing in Necronom III perhaps has aspects of the robots upper torso and the idea of the arms which can be detached from the rest of the body parts. 

b) The biotron toy body parts can be separated, so it's as if Giger as taken the upper torso with the arms and so the bent arms have become the tusks

c) The toy also holds a little man inside a canopy on the front of the chest, and this canopy becomes the ridge going down the centre of the head leading down to the mouth..
