Akira (chapter 37) references the Henu Barque

a) Abstractly assuming that the Akira manga series should contain an example of a drawing referencing Henu Barque, I came upon Chapter 37 of Katsuhiro Otomu's Akira manga (p12?) originally from 1985. I looked at the drawing, and suddenly noticed the three pipes to the left and realised that this was it and it had been turned around the other way.

b) The crouching man's skirt has been turned into the lower part of this machine that's coloured white

c) The rudders have been turned into three cables coming out of a box.

d) The oryx horns has been turned into a semicircular device,

The bull horns have been turned into two pipes coming from a gold metal device
