b) The woman's buttocks remain roughly in the same place in Giger's painting as abstract buttock like forms being fondled, while her upper torso becomes the bishop fish's lower torso along with this strange black sausage like thin coming from the bishop fish's body. 





 

c) The barbarian hero along with his shield becomes the main left creature's main torso which resembles a female facing away from the viewer.





d) The flying creature's tail becomes the tentacle wrapped around the main left creature's neck.
