Leading from
a) "Pilot in Cockpit' (work 380) (1978) by HR Giger
b) “Wernher Von Braun in Mission Control, Houston; Apollo XI" by (July, 1969) by Franklin McMahon?
c) Hair becomes the back of the chair and the head of the space jockey with pipe attached to the face
d) Line
down the centre of the forehead, the ridge of the nose, the shoulder
line on the right of the face becomes the arm while the ear of the head
of the man sitting to the right of Wernher becomes a hand.
c) First
of all it seems as if the front of Wernher's parted hair and a stray
hairs to the right becomes the mummified remains of the head of the
space jockey's corpse. Perhaps the slope of Wernher's forehead also
becomes used in the shape the forehead and top of the cranium of the space jockey while the strand of hair becomes the side of the telescope viewer. (We can find out that Giger used the forehead of Wernher Von Braun in the drawing earlier in 1967 for his illustration Astro-Eunuchs)
d) Back of the Wernher's head becomes the back of the chair.
e) The back of the head of the man sitting to Wernher's right becomes the back of the telescope
