As if the fingers have transformed into the side parts of the silo

 

 

b.ii)  Biomechanised humpty dumpty face and the silo

Here we have a biomechanised impression of a deformed face that appears to be an interpretation of Humpty Dumpty from the Fisher Price Cot Activity centre available back at he time. 

We all know that this Humpty Dumpty character looks enough like a man in the shape of an egg, and so it becomes the egg silo.

The ribbing patterns contribute to the idea of he rows of spikes running up along the sides.
