a) Giger's Biomechanic Mia references the shapes and forms of The Lemurian train bomb as featured in The Eternals comic book series. The curve of the sphinx's head along with the horn like tube above it roughly suggests the upper front of the train. The sphinx's arm roughly suggests the lower part of the front of the train

c) The grill on the front of side intake becomes her rib cage. The grill towards the far right of the picture on the side of the train engine becomes the curtain of fabric hanging from the woman's waist, and the grill at the front of the train becomes the curtain of fabric hanging down from the side of the sphinx's shoulders. Other shapes and forms can be loosely compared and it might be hard to be specific. The background in the train picture becomes also biomechanised by Giger with ribbed patterns and faces imbedded in the wall.
