Alien Covenant: Alien Newborn by Colin Shulver

 In 2016, Colin Shulver managed to create artwork for a newborn alien giving the creature a thin skeletal form covered in translucent slightly sagging skin, a tail and a bulbous head. 

The pipes coming out of the back were had sharpened ends instead.
