b) Head of Lord Pakal from the Lord Pakal tomb lid
It seems fairly obvious that the head is inspired by the face of Lord Pakal from the tomb lid with the device extruding from the front of the forehead

illustration of Pakal Votan's face from the tomb lid design.

c) Head design of the statue of the pilot references Necronom I?
Pushing for a Giger painting that it might have referenced even if there was none.

A candidate would be Necronom I .

The clawed spikes at the side of the head become shortened and merged with the shape of the pointed ear and become helmet decorations  at the back of the pilots had.

The ridges running along below the side of the jaw become shortened.

The ribbing beneath the cheekbones is something to also acknowledge.

The tongue becomes a pipe.

However there is not much to base a firm view upon.
